This product for Amfit takes foot measurements and sends the data directly to a mini CNC mill that fabricates orthotics while you wait. The patient stands on the platform for measurement while the Doctor controls and oversees the process at the computer station.

Sintering Head
This is part of a sintering system for NovaCentrix used for curing printed nano particles. This housing needed to be light sealed, heat resistant, and allow for easy access. The overall design needed to be extremely flexible to allow for multiple configurations.

Binder Mechanism
This is a section of a binder mechanism for General Binder Corporation (GBC). We worked closely with an internal team at GBC, each taking a portion of the machine and fully designing all parts and mechanisms.

Pendant Transmitter
This is a wireless remote controller for overhead cranes. During our kick-off meetings, our client told us that their customers will use this product as a football during their breaks so it needed to be sealed and ultra rugged. In the end, it passed a 40 foot drop to concrete and was NEMA 4 compliant.

Transmitter
This is a wireless remote control for applications that need multiple controls such as locomotives in train yards. It is attached to the front of a belt with straps over the shoulders to allow the user constant access and freedom of motion.

Wafer Shipper
This wafer storage and shipping carrier was painstakingly designed to work with current manufacturing and automation equipment. The result is a highly efficient system to keep overall wafer fabrication costs as low as possible.
